A person has the word enough tattooed on their wrist

Ink, Healing, and Honesty: April Reflections

💛 A Note from Lacey | Raw Sun Art

Hey friends,

Thank you for the care, the questions, and the patience these past days. Like many of you, I was heartbroken by the recent news about Evolved. I found out when you did—and I’m still moving through the shock, the emotions, and the choices ahead.

I do not condone harm, harassment, or anything that makes people feel unsafe. Ever.

Right now, I’m accepting appointment requests while I stay flexible and intentional about where I tattoo. I’m touring a few studios, having hard conversations, and waiting until the space I work from feels right—whether that ends up being a renewed Evolved or somewhere new entirely.

If you’ve been waiting to hear from me, thank you. If you’re ready to book, I’ve got space. If you’d rather wait for clarity, that’s welcome too.

In the meantime, you can still support my art through prints, pottery, and booking your next watercolor bodyart—all available at rawsunart.com. Every sale helps me keep creating, care for my kid, and stay grounded while my partner and I navigate the long road of breast cancer recovery together.

This season has been intense and intimate and all kinds of in-between. I’m still listening. Still painting. Still showing up. And I’m so grateful to have you walking with me.
